Time flies, It has been more than three weeks since our Trip to Athens and within that time we have managed to provide you with an awesome photo-report from Milan Tykal (EMET) as well as a couple of backstage pictures on social networks. Now is the time to show you the final video we have been working on.

This trip was a bit of first-timer to me as I was going to be the main camera guy and besides our Barcelona camp, I would be usually filming with a couple of my local homies or the tbb-bike crew members. I knew I have to give up on riding this time and put maximum effort into filming to make the outcome as good as possible. Fortunately it all worked out pretty well at the end and everyone was super stoked on the final edit.
Actually, as I quickly found out I was not the only one going in full gas, everyone was! Our guy Franta Marsalek has proved his skills once again and pulled various banger moves with a typical smile on his face.
Shout out to Vita Kacha who was an initiator of this project and came up with the clear plan that worked out. His enthusiasm for the thing can't be denied as he has no problem to set out on the trip with zero budget and somehow manages to get by. Vita has showed off as a guru of long grinds and believe me, if you're on the trip with this dude, you will always come home with a handful of unbelievable stories to laugh about. He is like a magnet on such a situations.
Michal Smelko came with some serious back pain so he didn't ride for first couple of days. When it got better, he bite the bullet and at the end you can't even tell this guy had any health issues. He showed his magic and pulled couple of technical lines plus added some big rails because as he said "it doesn't take too long".
Michal's homie from the FEDERAL team Jason Eustathiou was representing the colours of Monster Energy as well as being our trip advisor. Everytime he was around, we knew exactly what's going on and where are we going next. First time i met Jason was at the last Rebel Jam in London and as far as I found out, he's a super nice dude with an all time smile on his face. If you check on some of his lates videos, than you will see how crazy skilled this greek warrior is.
David Budko as a second Monster Energy rider on this trip showed up a couple of days later than the others and together with Jason E left for the weekend at the biggest greek BMX event, where David took a victory! Regardless of his short stay he managed to get a couple of dialed clips and perfectly completed the crew.
When I look back at the whole thing, It is almost unbelievable how much of material we have managed to gather. First two days of heavy raining, Michal's injury set him off for 4 days out of 7 plus David and Jason's weekend at the competion. Basically there was a lot againts us, however we are all buzzin on the result that is a 4 minute long video full of highlights from such a great trip this one was.
